Building Your Website
Because every business has different needs for its own website, it's difficult to give a fixed price without more information from you. We understand that everyone has a budget and that's what we work with.
The way we normally work is that we begin by having a general conversation about the content and what you require on your site. Then we can give you a rough idea of cost, normally over the telephone. After we have discussed and finalized your requirements we will give you a total fixed price for you to consider.
We can create your own simple unique website from just $695 fully inclusive of hosting, domain name, design and all the advice and consultation you need. Thereafter our hourly rate of $35.00 an hour may apply. (subject to change without notice) Please call 1.888.611.6100 for all the details.
Having a high-quality website is a "must" in order to be taken seriously in today's business world.
A website is also a great tool to use to find, educate and pre-qualify prospects and to cut down the time and energy involved in your sales cycle. It's a way to promote your products and/or services around the world, 24 hours a day. But, it will only be an effective tool if it's designed, coded and optimized well.
Important points & characteristics that we consider when designing websites include:
- Design elements that are related to your logo and brand identity. The shapes of elements on your website and the color scheme should be evocative of your brand identity.

- Maintenance: whether you plan to maintain it yourself, or if you'd like to hire a web coder to maintain it for you on an on-call basis, there are things to consider during the design and coding process to make the maintenance of your site easier.

Once you have contracted GreyFox Web Works to design your website, we will need the following information to get a Website up and live on the Internet for your pre-viewing. - if applicable, some of this information can be used from your MallPlex Ad.
1. Your business information - i.e. name, address, phone, business hours etc.
2. Your logo or graphics.
3. If available- your business card.
4. All relevant information such as: When your business started, about your business, contact names and numbers, services, products you offer or any other information available.
5. Colors that you like and examples of other websites that you like as far as layout and/or colors - these may be competitors websites for reference.
